I'm giving it a five star review because Dr. Smith and the vet tech (I'm sorry I forgot her name) were so pleasant and helpful. Vet care experience so far is definitely five stars. However, one of the receptionists is really rude and often short on the phone. Since I've moved to fort Morgan and have had to switch over a lot of my services, I can honestly say this was the only negative interaction I've had. But it's still disappointing.
Honestly, the best veterinary experience I have ever had. We live an hour away and I would drive another hour to still use this place if I had to. I have an older cat who has had a couple of emergencies and ongoing care there. They are very thorough, nice, and informative.
We absolutely LOVE the clinic. It's where we've been taking our dogs for years now. All of the vets are so caring and knowledgeable. The first dog I took to them was later diagnosed with a rare neurological disease, and Dr. Walker brought us all the way through from diagnosis to when I had to make the choice to put her down. They answered every question with patience.
Now I have a pup with diabetes, and the team is doing it again. Helping to get us through all the questions and uncertainty. We are beyond thankful for everyone at the clinic, as they all play a part in the treatment of my pups!!
