“I’m new to the area and decided to try Brighton Modern Dentistry based on their great reviews, and I’m so glad I did.

On the day of my cleaning, I had a packed schedule and only gave myself about an hour for the new patient intake and cleaning. I was brought back right on time, but after the X-rays and getting settled into the exam chair, nearly 30 minutes had already passed. I’m not sure if I was given a time estimate when I scheduled, but looking back, it was definitely an oversight on my part to only allow an hour.

When Dr. Roggow came in to go over the plan, I had to admit that I hadn’t budgeted enough time to complete everything that day. I told him I’d likely have to come back in a month or two due to my hectic schedule.

To my surprise, Dr. Roggow said no problem, and then offered to try and fit me in later that same day, after I finished my other appointments. I was genuinely stunned by their flexibility and willingness to accommodate me, especially given how busy they already were. I’m sure I created extra work for someone on staff, but I truly appreciated the kindness and effort.

When I returned, Tiffany (my hygienist) and Dr. Roggow took fantastic care of me. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole experience comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly!“

After being at a family dentist for a few years, I can't believe I didn't change to a pediatric specific dentist earlier. The one location for dentist and orthodontist was a game changer for my son.
Today was another great example of their patience, care and concern for even their littlest patients. My daughter went in for a sealant treatment and Carrin went through the whole procedure with my daughter. Once the procedure started my daughter was less than thrilled to have things in her mouth. Carrin worked to calm her, gave her a break, and continuously checked on her to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. A second pair of hands came in so they could go faster, working in tandem seamlessly so that my daughter could get her treatment and be comfortable.“

Not only is Dr. Rex Johnson much more affordable, but he is more personable. He treats my kid like a person, not like a number. Hands down he is the best.
