Duane with Twin Peaks Inspections did an outstanding job with the two inspections I had him complete. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes his time inspecting everything inside and outside the home. I was under contract on a new construction home and when Duane completed his inspection, he located mold in the unfinished basement. Due to his findings, I was able to withdrawal from the contract and go under contract with another new build within a few weeks. I am so thankful that Duane took the time to conduct such a detailed and thorough home inspection that saved me from moving forward with this home and helped me avoid costly issues down the road. Chad is great to deal with, he is honest, trustworthy and smart. He never steered me wrong in our 10 acre excavation and 10,000 sq. ft of building. It nice to know I have a civil engineer that I can call, ask questions and know I am hearing the truth.

I need my front and back yards to look beautiful , functional, Colorado native and dog friendly. Kyle, Tristan are very professional, kind, and great at what they do. Their team is hard working and are also very nice- Although most of them are not fluent in English but there’s usually one person who can translate to the rest of the team. The whole process took about a week to finish and it was seamless. There was zero problem whatsoever . Everything was clearly communicated and done well. They went above and beyond to do extra things for my dogs and my house and did not bill me extra which I really appreciate.
The project had a delayed start but due to unforeseen circumstances and it was clearly communicated so I don’t mind. Because it’s a new house and there’s so much more to do, I would hire them again next year to add on few more things for my yard. My partner and I brought home our first dog from the shelter in Nov last year, and we found out pretty quickly that he has some intense reactivity issues. We honestly weren't sure if we were equipped to keep him since we didn't have any experience training a dog with fearful/aggressive behaviors, but we decided to meet with a trainer.
Vanessa was really clear and straightforward with us from the start about what we could expect from training. She's been an amazing teacher-- we've learned a ton about what causes his reactivity, how to read his body language, how to keep him and others safe, and of course how to train better behaviors into him.
Our dog has made a TON of progress, and we were recently able to step down from weekly to monthly sessions. We can take him on hikes and walks comfortably, and he's getting more and more comfortable seeing other dogs around. He's a totally different dog than the jumpy and unpredictable lil boy we brought home from the shelter last year.
I highly recommend working with Vanessa if you're looking for a trainer.

I designed a deck for my home with a custom engineered 4 ft cantilever. When it came time to build, I wanted every material installed to be top quality. I chose Front Range Lumber for all of the structural lumber and hardware. They were amazing to work with. The lumber was top notch. I was even able to get two 20ft kiln-dried 2x12s to build a seamless 18ft layered rim joist for rigidity. Two seasons later the deck is so solid it’s like standing on concrete. They are my lumber store!!

place is easy to find, you must weigh in @ their site and bring papers 2 shipping/receiving, next they will give you a sheet 4 U 2 sign with instructions of how to behave @ their facility, after you sign it return to S&R office & hand the paper back next slide your tandems all the way to the back but don't open the doors, the unloader will guide you to the dock, it is a little intimidating to back into due to the steep & narrow ramp so you must be 100% alert when backing cuz there is no room 4 error, B alert & stop when the unloader tells you 2, he will open the doors for you & you will need to back a little more, next U need to disconnect your truck from your trailer & pull foward, enjoy the show & reconnect when instructed. You can sweep your trailer on a certain area ahead & adjust your tandems to your likes, return to the weight scale so they can weigh you empty and give you the signed bol & that's it! you free to go!

The crew from Stinnett does an excellent job for a reasonable price. I have used them for jobs ranging from replacing a water heater to plumbing new build houses from the ground up. They show up as scheduled, do their work efficiently and clean up when done. I have not used anyone else for plumbing jobs since a friend recommended John (son Paul now runs things) many years ago.
Mike was professional and quick to respond. The rate was fair and they were able to immediately fix something more complicated than I assumed it would be.
