I had an amazing experience with Thompson Brothers construction. I live all the way in Maryland and recently bought 10 acres in Costilla County. I was really worried about trying to find a contractor while I was all the way in Maryland to do the work in Colorado. I decided to go with Thompson Brothers construction and I do not regret it at all they were and are still amazing. Mr Thompson communicated with me every step of the way via text pictures and phone calls. They even took care of the permits. So far they have cleared the land fenced in 3 acres installed the septic tank and created a 250 ft driveway with gravel. My project isn't finished yet and I can't wait to...read full review

Great place to get all your septic system, fence and gate, and handyman contractors needs met. They offer financing options, great prices, and have a high regard for a job well done. They believe in customer service and a personable approach to every job, like you were family. They serve the Fort Garland, San Luis area along with the Sangre De Cristo ranches. If you chose these folks to help with your homestead you made a good one!
