When I say Deep Tissue, I don't mean intense pressure, but instead that I use a set of techniques to affect the muscles and tissues in an effective way. So it can be gentle or deep pressure depending on what is needed or requested. Massage is powerful, preventative self care and coming once a month is the best way to stay loose and reduce injuries.
