Chelsea was the absolute best. She made me feel very comfortable and added fun and humor into what could be an intimidating situation. I will definitely come again! I also liked that her dog got to join us for the class! Perfect first experience!

I love the training, the teacher, and the setting. The environment is supportive and validating. Peers are respectful. Additionally, I have seen a lot of improvement in my well-being and body (stronger).

The encouragement from the instructor. The environment was fantastic and it was just a good experience all-around! I would seriously recommend this to anyone. I went in so nervous and left wanting to go back sooner than the week! I am so excited to see where the class I am in goes and the growth between us all!
