Urgent Care in Fort Collins

“Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I felt heard, respected and didn’t walk out feeling defeated. Someone lmk if y’all are also a PCP office because I’ve never felt so respected by a physician and their staff ever. You guys did a wonderful job vetting your staff. You deserve more than 5 stars.“

“The physician is outstanding but the change from Associates in Family Medicine to Village Medical<br>rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in<br>over 250 clinics and hospitals in the US teaching patient centered care and I know quality care and patient friendly communication when I see it. Unfortunately as is too often the case the change in practice ownership and the move to a centralized (non-local) call system has resulted in lessened efficiency and pt. satisfaction.“

“I am in excruciating agony. Utter dire despair. On a scale from 1 to 10. The pain is at a 10. Far worst than child birth. And I had 4 kids. So that should tell you something. I should have went home with more than just mouth wash for nerve pain. It’s causing whole body weakness and massive headaches, migraines, the worst type of head pain. Before the walk-in, I took 1000mg of acetaminophen, it wore off within a few hours. When I got home, I took 5mg of cyclonbenzaprine for nerve pain, 2 hours later, it still did not work. I didn’t eat anything all day, the pain is keeping me from wanting to be awake. In order for me to take ibuprofen, I had to eat. I forced myself to eat to take the medicine. I took 600mg of ibuprofen, 2 hours later, I’m still waiting for any type of relief, none so far. Nerve pain in and around the head is the worst. If none of it works, I’m going to need to come back for some type of pain relief, my dental appointment is in 2 days, I can’t go on like this.“
