Dr. Frankie at Upslope is amazing! I came in with a shoulder/chest pain from working out. She was able to work me through some simple exercises to work on stretching the pain out. After a few weeks of PT, it was apparent that it was working. The cupping and messages in the specific areas were outstanding.
