Over time, TT has really dropped in their overall value. Customer Support (CS) is virtually non-existent or really challenging to reach, unless you pay for a yearly fee, of course.
Their button on the help center as a landlord is disabled. So you have to go to their 3rd party page of the help center, which is AI controlled. Then you have a chat window option. However, the AI bot is a terriible experience because it picks up really weird terms that are unrelated to the issue you are describing. But then once you FINALLY get a prompt to talk to a real person, the wait is over an hour, which does not help with real time issues that your tenants are barking down your throat...read full review

[3 year, Premium TurboTenant member] I have reviewed and compared TurboTenant across all competitors and as a small investor with 15 units, I have to say that the $100 premium subscription is the best money I've ever spent in my life. TurboTenant has all the functionality I need and is constantly investing in new/improved functionality. Their customer service is great and the user interface for landlords and tenants is extremely straightforward. I am definitely a huge fan and wouldn't be surprised if they become the best in the market!

Have been a premium member for a year now. For what you get it is a great deal at only $99/year. All my new tenants sign their leases and pay rent through TurboTenant and the payments are deposited to my bank account within 2 business days. When I have a vacant unit I can list it to many different sites through TurboTenant as well. Lastly, if I ever have a problem or question, the customer service team is great with quick response times and are very helpful. I wish I would have found this company years earlier. Keep up the great work!
