Great place to start or continue your martial arts journey. Once you step a foot in this place you will recognize the great environment that Sensei Charles fosters. As someone who tried first classes at various other martial arts schools, I can say with confidence that your first class is make or break type of class. In this Dojo your first class will not feel overwhelming since it will be catered to your level. You will not have to work with an overly aggressive partner who tries their hardest to show off their skills leaving you with a feeling of complete disappointment. In this place you will feel that you belong as soon as you step in.
Hi highly recommend Total Ryu Martial Arts for kids and adults! I took a self defense class as an adult and loved it! It was informative and the instructor even made it fun. I learned so much and feel better about being able to defend myself in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My children have only attended at TRMA for a few classes and they love it ! Everyone is super professional and absolutely do an amazing job with the kids and make sure to show each individual one on one attention to ensure they are learning and understand what they are being taught.
