Hi highly recommend Total Ryu Martial Arts for kids and adults! I took a self defense class as an adult and loved it! It was informative and the instructor even made it fun. I learned so much and feel better about being able to defend myself in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My children have only attended at TRMA for a few classes and they love it ! Everyone is super professional and absolutely do an amazing job with the kids and make sure to show each individual one on one attention to ensure they are learning and understand what they are being taught.
Charlie is quick to respond and answer any questions, and has an incredible passion for his teachings! To anyone considering taking a class, I highly recommend it! Total Ryu offers free first classes for all and I love that they also offer a women's only jiu jitsu class. It's beginner friendly and there's something here for anyone, even the kiddos!
