Tom has always been helpful, professional, and easy to talk with. He has cleaned a bunch of my houses over the years. He used to have a commercial account that my ex managed, so I got the referral from him, and I'm glad I did. I have no idea how clean the carpets were because they were move out cleanings, just required for hygiene, but I always like working with him! He offered extra services and tells you the liklihood that they will work.

Arrived on time, were prepared and efficient. Explained their process and no pressure sales to have you clean extra things. Cleaned two sets of stairs carpeting and vent cleaning. Great service and will have them back again.

The owner was so friendly. They had a cancellation and were able to get us in. Had rugs and A/C cleaned. Very knowledgeable and helpful about giving honest information, yet lets you decide. Amazing the difference in having A/C cleaned wow! Did an great job on upper floor rugs. Very honest about lower floor just needing to be replaced. He could have just cleaned it and charged me, but was honest which was refreshing.
