I was skeptical as to why someone would pay someone to stretch them. But now Im convinced. I've had chronic back and hip problems for 40 years, and the deep stretching yields immediate relief that I can not achieve by myself. The individual I see is named Chris, he is an expert.

These folks provide quality service with delightful staff. It's a small operation with limited overhead and support staff. Don't be discouraged if you have to leave a message, well worth it! Fabulous for seniors with Renew Active under Part B coverage. You'll love it!

I had no idea of the healing journey that was in store for me before attending StretchLab. I was paired with the most beautiful soul, Mishka, who only ever made me feel like my body was capable of so much. Even at the beginning of my stretch journey, I was feeling stiff, and weary, and her encouragement and intentional healing stretch movements, not only made my body feel more mobile, but healed my soul too. It’s never fun feeling a sense of being trapped in your own body but with her incredible intuition of the human form, I’m more flexible in body and spirit. I can’t recommend Stretch Lab enough.
