I rented a house 4 years ago through Stegner and had zero issues while I lived there. They promptly took care of every issue I encountered. Recently, I accidentally sent a package to my old address without realizing the mistake until I received my shipping confirmation. I now live out of state. ?? I immediately called Stegner to see if they were still handling the rental property, and to my luck they were. Silas emailed the new tenants while we were on the phone and explained to them my mistake. Long story short, I was able to retrieve my package without any issues. I can't recommend Stegner Property Management company enough. Their team has been a game-changer for me as a property owner. They handle tenant selection, property maintenance, and me (as an overly involved owner) flawlessly. Communication is top-notch, giving me the ability to have stress-free ownership thanks to them.
