She is experienced in 13 different massage modalities, Swedish, Deep tissue, Hot stones, Trigger point therapy, Reflexology, Injury massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy just to name a few. Elizabeth specializes in helping clients with chronic conditions such as whiplash, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, chronic neck and back pain.
