I had Quick Appliance Repair come out for a problem with my Speed Queen washer. The technician Michael did an EXCELLENT job explaining his process and his assessment of the problem. And then he went above and beyond, advising me on another appliance that wasn't in the original service request. My dryer also was not functioning properly, and I assumed it was time to replace it. He explained how it would make more sense to just replace one element, which fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money. What I really appreciated was the time he took to patiently answer my many questions.
Quick Appliance really takes care of their Customers. From Sales to Service we have always had top notch service. Their prices are fair. David came to check our washer, problem solved and discovered issue wasn't washer but too much laundry detergent. A big relief all of the way around and we really appreciated David's help.
All hail Sal! (And the rest of the QAR team)We called on Monday about a squeaking washing machine we hoped was under warranty. Sal was out the next day, immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered warranty parts, and by the following Tuesday our washer was repaired.Everyone from the Sal (the tech) to the office staff were efficient, friendly, and communicative. The washing machine sounds like new again, and the best part is they handled the entire warranty process for us.
