The canine coaches are great; they genuinely care about the dogs and engage with them. What really stood out during my recent visit was how one of the staff remembered my dog from when he was a pup. She shared some stories about his early days at Dogtopia, which melted my heart.

I also like that they offer fun activities that you can opt into, adding even more excitement for me and my dog's day.

Occasionally, they even send a recap email with a photo of my dog, which is such a nice touch and makes me feel even more connected.
