Although they are busy, Amber took time to hear my pest problem and recommended a solution I could implement myself at a much reduced cost! Unheard of! Other companies wanted hundreds of dollars and it would be more than a month before they could come out. Just outstanding!!!While I didn't need to hire them for this job, they have my loyalty forever!

We were so impressed with Amber and Pam: Pam quickly found the source of the mice--and it was not where we expected at all! It was in the HVAC room in the basement; the mice had pushed the insulation aside near a pipe; we would never have found it ourselves! Amber then ascertained that there was no mouse in the insulation of our fridge--we were concerned we'd have to replace it--so that removed an unnecessary 1.5k-4k replacement we might have had to do. We had thought a mouse might have expired there due to an unpleasant odor, and had used peppermint spray to repel any other mice, so we were getting quite tired of peppermint fumes! Pam and Amber were quick and efficient. They identified where mice were entering my house and did all of the blocking necessary to keep the critters out. Pam showed me a bait trap which would take care of about 40 mice. While checking the garage Pam discovered black widow spiders and egg sacks. I appreciate Pam and Amber's years of experience, their efficiency, friendliness and expertise.
