We had NOCO Energy Solutions come out and replace our 20 year old AC/furnace with a Carrier Heat Pump. They did great work! They messaged us prior to arrival, removed our old system, and had the new one in place in no time. The whole process took two days, but by the middle of the second day, the new system was up and running. The system itself is very efficient so far, cutting our energy usage by about 30%. I highly recommend NOCO Energy Solutions!
Andy Lewis arrived on time, along with a Elephant Energy representative. They did an initial site assessment for a planned mini-split installation. Andy was attentive and helpful, explaining the installation process and answering any questions that we had. It was a positive first experience with NOCO.
I was told my another HVAC Company that I needed a new furnace. I never did believe that statement, so I decided to get a second opinion. I was referred by some friends to try NOCO HVAC out of Ft. Collins. I did. My serviceman was Peter. I merely told Peter I wanted a routine maintenance and an evaluation of the condition of the furnace. Within 60
minutes, he had cleaned the areas that needed cleaning ( showed be the before/after pictures). He had also done other checks to help evaluate my furnace 's condition. He stated it was in good condition with no problems. I definitely did not need a new furnace. I am going to get a written copy of his evaluation for my records....read full review
