Mountain valley family chiropractic. Is amazing!!! I have been in their care for a little over a month now and the amount that my life has changed in such a short amount of time is insane. When I started my care program I couldn’t sit for longer than 5 minutes with out my lower back being in almost crippling pain, thanks to Dr. Pala and all of the amazing staff I’m almost entirely pain free. At Mountain Valley Family Chiropractic it’s definitely more than the average Chiropractor, it’s incredible.
