The best roofing company I've ever dealt with. We planned a vacation in September & I asked if they could replace the roof during our vacation. When we returned the job was completed to perfection. Wes answered all of our questions promptly. They also did a great job communicating to our home insurance company & with keeping us updated on any changes. I will definitely use Mixteriors again.
Wes and his crew helped me navigate repairs after a severe hail storm in 2023. They are very accommodating and everything came out great. We have used Mixteriors twice now and would recommend them highly.
Was having some drips coming out under the eaves and inside the house. Mixteriors had done a great job of replacing the roof a few years ago, so I called them. Wes came out to look at things to see what I needed. He checked the roof area of the "leak" and confirmed it was not soft. He then described that the behavior was very similar to an "ice dam" and he clearly educated me on how that can be remedied. Here is what is awesome. He, like I, thought it was odd that this would happen after 20+ years, so he thought a bit and checked the attic. He found that i had a gap in the pipes up there which was causing hot air to build up inside the attic which is likely what caused the ice dam! I had that fixed over the weekend, so once we get more snow, i'll be able to confirm that that solved the issue. So, my review is "Trust". He could have gouged me and told me the roof was soft and needed to be replaced. He also could have said that i need cables for the ice dam. But Wes kept on it to identify the actual problem. Call them.
