rates as abominable. Impossible to reach the office or the providers nurse by phone. And the centralized schedulers made my appt. w/ the wrong provider twice. .I have worked in
over 250 clinics and hospitals in the US teaching patient centered care and I know quality care and patient friendly communication when I see it.
