This review is long overdue as we've had quite the year relocating out of state, but after the hard work and guidance that Marnie provided to us in selling our home in Timnath, we would be remiss to not thank her. Marnie is an expert professional who worked hard for us right as the the market was beginning to turn against sellers in 2022. We researched many agents and brokers in the area and interviewed several top performers, so our choice to go with Marnie came with high expectations and she delivered. Despite the changing market conditions Marnie provided pragmatic, steady guidance to us throughout the process. She understood our needs and produced the right strategies at just the right times to ensure we maximized our goals even as the market was turning soft. Her depth of knowledge in the Northern Colorado real estate market and her savvy, from having navigated previous volatile markets, provided strong guidance and support for our decisions. Deanna McCrery is wonderful. My husband and I are first time home buyers, and Deanna was recommended to us by 2 other friends who bought their first homes in the last year. My experience with the group was pretty good. They represented a seller in the area when we bought a house in Wellington from a local builder up there. It was a little confusing to have three brokers listing one property and I was passed around between all three of them before it was all over, making things a bit more difficult for me than usual. They also do not use ctme contracts up there, so there was a little learning curve to figure out their DocuSign system. They wanted to use the group guarantee title, thier in house title company, which was fine, but when we went to closing they confirmed by just saying "come to our office". Turns out they had three different offices and of course, I went to the wrong office on Horsetooth, where they sent me over to the title company next door, next the title company sent me to another office off of Mulberry which is where everyone was closing the deal. Anyway, there was a lack of communication as to where the closing was actually going to occur making me 30 minutes late and annoyed. All in all it went well and working with them was fairly professional and enjoyable. They may be just getting too big to give the kind if personable service I desire.
