He used a combination of hands-on energy work and deep tissue massage to release tension areas. The whole time, he was explaining what he was doing and why. He was well educated on muscle connections, and could diagnose the source of my pain without me telling him (sciatica and sleeping on left side). I would highly recommend, much better than spa massage therapists who barely work out pain.“

“I've had several recent massages in Fort Collins. All of them felt great; however, Telicia's was hands down the best. The other places were sterile and cold. They used massage guns for part of it, which I thought was a bit of a rip. Telicia used the right pressure that I needed, while not being overbearing. My only regret is I wish I could afford doing this regularly. I had too many kids that suck all my money away. I have no reservations in recommending Telicia. It was an amazing experience.“

Simply amazing! Was referred to Chris and it has been one of the best decisions ever for healing neck and back issues among other things.
