I am also an EPA Certified Lead-Based Paint Renovator. Certified as a firm as well as certified individually. Most bids I provide are priced $106-318 (2-6 hrs) but will be credited if we sign a contract. Bids are very detailed, line by line. I will quote you the price of the bid preparation before bidding.
