The bid process was easy and Mike’s knowledge of the pros and cons of various materials was extremely helpful in deciding what to do. Best of all they found a major problem with the ductwork in our crawl space. The HVAC company had just been out for a spring check-up, but didn’t see that the main duct in the crawl space that connects to all the individual ducts in the house had fallen down about 6” and was no longer connected to any floor registers in that half of the house. Brenda knew how bad we needed them so she found a manager in Greeley who agreed to drive to Denver and deliver to FTC! They close at 4:30 but Brenda stayed until they arrived and we went to get them. On our way home I realized I forgot my phone so Brenda stayed until we drove back to get my phone!! Incredible customer service!!!“

On a recent occasion, he called ahead and diagnosed the problem (missing check valve on the sump pump erroneously removed by water mitigation contractor) and showed up with all the parts needed to quickly make the repair. He provided pictures and narrative so that I had all I needed to request a reimbursement. I always ask for Shad and he always excels!“

“I had a 7 year old Lennox heat pump that died. NoCO Air advocated with Lennox to honor their 10 year warranty and repair the condenser coil. When Lennox sent out the coil it did not fit the unit, so NoCO Air once again went to bat for me to convince Lennox to completely replace the condenser.
