I can't recommend Home to Heaven enough. I had a 135 lb Black Lab who couldn't walk any more, and I knew I couldn't get him to the vet. H2H is more expensive than the vet, but the in-home experience made it easier on all of us.

It has taken me a bit to write this, but I cannot express my gratitude for the folks at Home to Heaven for making the most difficult day of my life a bit easier. I have always had to take my dogs to the vet's office to be euthanized. It made a negative experience even worse. My poor babies were nervous and not understanding what was going on and I could not hold them close enough. This time, when Home to Heaven was recommended to me, I knew this was the best route for my dear companion. Molly was at home, in one of her favorite spots and I was able to lie next to her.
