GTS was amazing when we bought our register covers! They were going to arrive on the truck but never got loaded. Brenda knew how bad we needed them so she found a manager in Greeley who agreed to drive to Denver and deliver to FTC! They close at 4:30 but Brenda stayed until they arrived and we went to get them. On our way home I realized I forgot my phone so Brenda stayed until we drove back to get my phone!! Incredible customer service!!!
George T. Sanders as a franchise is a great company. I've always found everything I've needed there. Great management followed by great customer service is what comes to mind when going here.
Mike and Nita have more knowledge than anyone else in the wholesale plumbing industry. We also appreciate the Berthoud branch. As far as experience, no one is more knowledgeable than Mike. Nita ,his wife, is always helpful too and a "follow through " person.
