We had a great experience with the entire team of FRITZEL Flooring. From the initial estimate to the end of the job, we were impressed with their professionalism. They are a team of hard working, skilled, personable and polite men. Our house was built in 2012, our walls are not square, and the floor was not level, yet they met every challenge with a solution, providing quality results.

The whole experience of replacing our floors seemed daunting at first. Wilhelm & the team at Fritzel Flooring were great to work with! Communication was spot on, the team was polite and great to work with. The attention to detail makes all the difference! They even came back the day after to help move a piece of furniture to a slightly different spot than needed to be. We will be using them again when we are ready to refloor other rooms in our home.

I cannot say enough good things about Fritzel Flooring! From the very beginning, Wilhelm was incredibly responsive, making it easy to schedule and plan the project. He brought samples to my door within days of starting a conversation, and provided photos of the samples we liked installed in houses they had done.

Working with Fritzel Flooring was an absolute pleasure. They demonstrated the utmost care for our home and belongings, treating everything as if it were their own. Each day, they ensured the house was left clean and livable, which made the entire process so much more comfortable for our family.
