Very disappointed with the new management. When I went to my eye appointment a few months back, I had to wait over an hour to be seen which was frustrating. What is the point of an appointment if my time is not respected? Then, I recently received another bill (5 months later) saying that our insurance did not cover my husband’s contacts. The previous staff always ensured that our benefits were available and the new staff missed the mark. While we do take some of the responsibility for not calling on our benefits, we assumed the office was pulling it up on their end (like they always have done) when they did the ordering and we were good to go. Not only is Dr. Provencher an excellent optometrist (he found a scar on my retina that no other eye doctor has ever mentioned and he found it before my eyes were even dilated) but his office staff are amazing as well. They really helped to take the stress out of finding the right frames for my face shape. I couldn't recommend this place enough! Unfortunately, I had to relocate out of state. I am having a hard time finding a new eye doctor that measures up to them.

I was recommended this eye doctor by friends who have been going here for a while. I went for an eye exam and to order contacts. The ladies in the front office were extremely friendly, and Dr. Provencher was great. Very helpful and friendly, and even let me see some of the things he was looking for and reassured me of any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend!
