Evergreen Radon and Construction Services

Our condo needed radon mitigation. I was visiting for a week. I had met Connor from Evergreen at Home Depot a year back and reached out to him with not much hope of getting it done within next few days. But he was so gracious enough to come next day to check and provide estimate and scheduled it for same week Friday. To top that they had time on Wednesday itself and came and completed the work so efficiently in few hrs that it didnot feel like the work was completed. Our HOA had told us that it needs to be painted same color as exterior. I was able to get paint and paint 1/4 of it. I was buying a 1980s house in a high-radon area in northern Colorado. The inspector measured radon in the basement at 14.7 pCi/L (anything over 4.0 is too high). The first thing I did was watch several excellent Youtube videos by "American Radon Mitigation," and, based on their recommendation, purchase a radon-detection device called "EcoQube" from Ecosense, so I could take my own measurements.
