Eheart has excellent customer service. They installed heated tile floors for us 4 years ago. 2 years ago our grout started cracking, so they came back and spot fixed it. This year more grout was cracking and they came back and stripped all the grout, stabilized the tiles and re-grouted without charging us. And, our tile floor looks beautiful, while the heating coils work perfectly and makes our bathroom floor feel like a dream. Eheart is really dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Thank you!
