Jon and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with on converting our construction loan to a permanent mortgage. We've bought a couple of homes over the years and refinanced, and our experience with Dynamic Mortgage Concepts far exceeded our expectations and those past experiences. We were actually satisfied with our past banking relationships, but what Jon brings that the big banks don't is the personal interaction. After doing one online application, the entire rest of the process was in person through direct email and phone calls with Jon and Kristen. Jon Vigil has been a blessing to my family. He is the definition of a professional- we wouldn’t have been able to make our dream home happen in such a scary market without him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs creative solutions, or just basic mortgage financial needs. Not to mention he has a great personality and made the process all the less stressful. Don was awesome! He was always available to answer any of my questions. He provided me with a sense of security, and it really felt like he was in my corner the whole time making sure that I got the best deal possible. I had no idea it would be so easy to become a homeowner. The whole process was easy and fun. I can’t recommend Don Frick and Dynamic Mortgage Concepts enough!
