they didn't work for my particular application of wearing in a Shoei RF1400 helmet, but the quality was good, and as described. fitting was not difficult.
I sent an email describing my issue, and to my pleased surprise, was promptly given a full refund.

I have owned a pair of the moldable ear plugs for 5 years and the product works exceptionally well - I use them to block noise in coffee shops, airplanes, noisy hotel rooms, crowded lobbies, and more.Additionally, I ran into an issue that I needed customer service on, and they were fantastic.I highly recommend this company's products and vouch for their customer service.

Great product. Easy to mold up and great hearing protection when I was at the Range. Also molded up some Contour ES headphones for the kids and they love them. Highly recommend for an affordable option for hearing protection.
