“Excellent service and very nice guys to boot! I had a pinhole leak in the water line going into my refrigerator that I didn't discover for weeks, I'm guessing. Once I found it I contacted a hardwood floor company that had great reviews. He (Travis) told me to call a restoration company in order to get the floor and walls dried out. The company he recommended had bad reviews so I searched for one with good reviews. That's how I found Bencher Restoration. Colin and Ben were out and checked out the basement walls and hardwood floor upstairs the same day I called. They were super nice and made this stressful event so much easier for me. The walls in the basement had dried out already because I was gone out of CO for a week before I called them. They found that the kitchen floor was still wet and pulled up some of it in order to dry the subfloor. (That wood will be replaced by the floor company.) They wanted to remove some of the cabinets off of the wood floor but they were very strongly connected and would have been damaged if they were removed. Instead, holes were drilled under the cabinets after the baseboards were removed, so that the fans could do the work of drying things out. They returned after a day and found things dried out and took the fans out. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Bencher Restoration. They were great to deal with and kind.“

“Saved me from a completely incorrect demo of an entire wall. I originally noticed a small amount of water on my basements floor. Think this should be a pretty simple fix and solution I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing first, unfortunately. Their tech spent an hour looking for the leak then called in their restoration partner to help look for the leak. They were not able to pin point the leak but were pretty sure it was from my fridges ice maker. Their solution was to demo the entire wall as they felt the leak to be somewhere in the wall they could not see. They came back to me with plans in the thousands of dollars. Not wanting to take one resto company and say go, I called Action. Gregg came out the next day and within minutes pinpointed the leak coming from an upstairs toilets fresh water supply hose. I hired Gregg and Action to clean up any water damage and fix the leak. He was very professional, exact, and very easy to work with. My house is back to normal and I could not be happier.
