Worst ever. Don't let them have access to your hard earned money. They will lose it and still have the audacity to charge you. There are lots of other companies that aren't as shady. We couldn't even read the handwriting of the gentleman who was at the front desk. He was no help and just referred us to do everything online. Lazy! You are just a commodity to them. They don't trust their own agents to go and visit 98-year old clients to confirm Identity. You have to pay a mobile notary to get access to YOUR money. They will reimburse but time and inconvenience. This is just flat out idiocy to arrive at a satisfactory solution of confirming and elderly couple. There is no common sense only BS bureaucracy.

Really genius business for your bank to require you to use another bank to deposit cash into your bank. Great work everybody.
