I had carpet, vinyl flooring and a countertop installed from the Ft. Collins store. The sales associate, Jasmine, was so helpful and wonderful and the price was within my budget. Installation crews were fabulous and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Would absolutely recommend working with the staff here! Jasmin helped us throughout the entire process, always being extremely positive without the pushy sales pitch we received most other places. The installation went as expected, with the crew talking with me through every question, offering suggestions.

Tremendous experience dealing with Tara Oliphant at Carpet exchange, from choosing samples until final installation. I would give her (and Carpet Exchange) 10 stars if I could!!! Well done, Tara!!!
