Things went smoothly for us. Erik knows his stuff. Installers were great. I suspect some of the negative reviews come from people who have never had to move themselves or friends. A few minor issues are pretty much unavoidable in such a big hard job. If it's super precious, bubble wrap it.

I really do not understand some of the recent comments here. I cannot stress how picky I am and this location of Carpet Exchange has gone above and beyond for us in ways companies just don’t do anymore. And Shaw Carpet has stood by their warranty on their Pet Perfect line of carpets. I am shocked, thrilled, and so, so grateful. P.S. Shayla is amazing to work with. Both she and Cheryl understand what customer service once was and still can be. They have our business for life!

I just had the best experience ever!I went to the Carpet Exchange in Fort Collins, Colorado to pick out some flooring. I finally get to upgrade and I knew exactly what I wanted. OR SO I THOUGHT! I told the saleswoman, I think her name was Cheryl, that I wanted this product I saw on Facebook. I showed her the picture and she asked me a bunch of questions. Turns out what I wanted would have been destroyed by foot traffic in a matter of years. She also showed me this other product that would hold up and I fell head over heels in love with it. I brought home the sample and I can't wait to show it to my hubby. Thank you Cheryl and Carpet Exchange for making this experience...read full review
