Caring Senior Service was a godsend when our ailing mom needed additional care while in an assisted living facility. Without exception her caregivers, over the span of two years, were attentive and kind. It was a comfort to her entire family, knowing that she was in their loving, capable care during the last years of her life.
We will be forever grateful.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how much of a lifesaver your team was for us here at Aspens Memory Care, our new resident, and his family yesterday. Long story a bit shorter, we had a new move in fly in yesterday from California. His family flew out that morning and brought their father back the same day, so needless to say, it was quite the stressful situation due to their father having a fairly advanced stage with his dementia. We had been working on getting Physician orders in at the onset of confirmation and the Doctor continued to delay. When it came down to the wire, we had to provide the family with an alternative option. Per state regs, we cannot accept a resident without Physician orders and our plan B, which is to onboard with our onsite Physician group, rightfully could not see him until Friday. The family had expressed their concerns about being with him through the night as they do not have much experience dealing with Dementia. I threw a Hail Mary pass to Sharon and boy did she take it in for the touchdown! She was first on my list to call and while we waited on her return call, our team made multiple calls to see who could assist. Your team was the STAR that came through for us and I do not have enough words to express how grateful we are. In addition, the family complimented Elliot (caregiver) so much. He knew exactly how to handle our new resident, Dr. Smith and the family was able to get peaceful sleep after their physically and emotionally draining day! Today with the sunrise also came Physician orders and our new resident is making himself at home today. So, A HUGE THANK YOU to Sharon, Julie and Elliot! I'm so glad we continue to partner with you. If you are looking for affordable, reliable, trustworthy care by well trained professionals for your loved one then look no further. If I could I would give them 10 stars! The Home Health Aides are so caring and work very hard to make sure your loved one is comfortable and that things are done they way they prefer. It's the little things that make a huge difference. My 96 yr old mother went from being completely independent to needing 24 hour care practically overnight.We initiated service with Caring for Seniors in July 2020 just part time and as a back up to another agency we started with in 2019 that were having trouble filling shifts.
