I was very pleased with their responsive care and service. It was refreshing to receive a quick response to our washing machine issues in our home in Fort Collins. The rep (Jamie) was forthright, pleasant to deal with, and very helpful. We will be looking forward to using their services again in the future.Tim K.

We’ve used Bob’s Appliance for years, always had good experiences. Fixed our dryer recently, and an electric issue with our fridge. Honest folks that never try to upcharge or take advantage.

The ladies at Bob's went above & beyond to help me get my washer repaired thru a big box store's warranty service that was causing me problems. Belinda made a call to help me get an appointment when the warranty company said they had no one that could come to my area. Thank you for your help!
