2/12 changing my review from one star to 4. Ruth the install manager reached out and refunded the transition cost, 1/2 the baseboard fee (this is absolutely fair because we did need 1/2 removed, just not reinstalled) and then the appliance removal fee.
Appreciate the communication and help getting this resolved.
2/6 Our first install from the Fort Collins store was ok, the 2nd install there was some confusion on the appliance removal fee (we didn’t need anything removed) but that was figured out. The installer was awesome and explained everything well.

I had carpet, vinyl flooring and a countertop installed from the Ft. Collins store. The sales associate, Jasmine, was so helpful and wonderful and the price was within my budget. Installation crews were fabulous and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
Would absolutely recommend working with the staff here! Jasmin helped us throughout the entire process, always being extremely positive without the pushy sales pitch we received most other places. The installation went as expected, with the crew talking with me through every question, offering suggestions.
