Don is unbelievably awesome! I have had chronic pain for over 10 years involving my low back and hips and after careful and thorough evaluation, Don is getting me on the right track. He cares deeply about his clients and I highly recommend a studio.

By far my best Pilates experience ever. I’ve been doing Pilates for half my life and when I moved to FOCO I couldn’t of asked for a better instructor. Don Spence’s studio is welcoming and inclusive for everyone. You’ll get stronger going to Big Toe Studio while having fun. BTS is so awesome that I decided to go through Don Spence’s school Pilates Career Institute to get certified as a nationally certified Pilates instructor. Go to Big Toe Studio. It’s a life changing experience!

Don Spence helped me achieve my pain-free status in under 6 months! I walked in to Big Toe Studio with sciatic pain and a herniated disc at L5-S1, and Don immediately started helping me. I knew that I was in expert hands. His mastery of neuromuscular massage, Pilates, and rehabilitation give him an unmatched reputation in Northern Colorado. Don is also a magnanimous coach and teacher. I appreciate the care he puts into his studio and the environment his clients experience. I'm a huge Pilates fan now and love being a part of Big Toe Studio!
