Big Heart Gentle Hands Pet Grooming & Sitting

I've taken my long haired cat to John for the past 4 years. Today was the first time he did a lion cut on her. He did a great job and my cat was very cooperative (with my help). John really does have a big heart for animals and I am very pleased with his care of my cat.

I never leave online reviews but this experience was so amazing I had to! John did an amazing job with my long haired cat. She really dislikes being groomed and always comes back distressed, but not today! I was able to stay with her through the whole experience which greatly comforted her. We were in and out, mat free, in just about 30 minutes. Thank you so much John! You've got two happy clients, and we will absolutely be coming back for all our grooming needs.

Would recommend John to all dog & cat owners. We had a wonderful experience. I needed to have my 2 cats groomed and had trouble finding someone. Couldn't find anyone available to come to the house (& expensive) or find a vet that you didn't have to drop the cats off all day and then pick up (had a horrible experience with this method before). I was looking for a place where I could make an appt, take both my cats to get groomed together, quick & simple. John's set up is perfect.
