We hired Armstead 13 years ago to remodel our kitchen and again now (2024) to remodel a bathroom. It was an easy choice the second time, since our first experience had been so positive. We never felt pushed to purchase anything we didn't need and their guidance was gentle and productive. Armstead communicated clearly, met its estimates, and contracted with professional and pleasant craftsmen. We will hire them again if we need work to be done on our home.

Armstead Construction recently finished my basement. Jeff was very helpful in the design and estimate. Dustin, the project manager, was always on time, dependable to supervise the subcontractors, was patient with my questions and request for changes, offered an opinion when asked.
