We chose Angie Spangler as our real estate agent based on her past cliental of both buyers and seller properties. It was important to us to work with a knowledgeable realtor who had experience with properties of all financial levels. Angie met all of our expectations from our first meeting to discuss our needs to her handing us the keys! Angie was prompt in addressing any questions, thorough in keeping us abreast of contractual due dates and was instrumental in helping us save thousands of dollars in negotiating a fair market price. Angie is fantastic to work with! She made the selling process so much easier and I felt like I could always trust her advice. The listing of our house included a floor plan and great photography of a staged house which helped us go under contract quickly. We moved out of state after listing our house for sale and Angie did such a great job working to arrange a remote closing that accommodated our schedules. I would recommend her to anyone!
Angie Spangler was recommended to me, but I researched her and several other realtors extensively. I decided on Angie because of her outstanding expertise, education, experience, online reviews and results. When I interviewed her (over the phone), she confirmed what I had been reading, that she is very intelligent and extremely knowledgeable about real estate.
