I e used Aire Serve for the last 6 years and have had relatively good experiences until 18 months ago when things began to fall apart…staff quit, they lost records, would t return calls, etc.

Now, they have abruptly closed without telling their customers about it. I found out by calling their number and hearing a voice recording saying they have closed.

It’s too bad because I just had to pay $1200 to another company to fix something Aire Serve installed 4 months ago for $1,800. It should be warranty work but you can’t get ahold of anyone at Aire Serve - what a bad business practice to leave their customers hanging like that.

Our heating system was "acting up" last season. This season it was working only intermittently. Air Serve was the 3rd company who had come to solve the problem and they were the only one who was successful. Garrett, the technician was fantastic. He had to come several times to trouble shoot the problem. I truly felt like he cared that it get fixed and persevered to get to the root cause of problem, His communication was beyond my expectations and he followed up to make sure it had been working properly before billing us.
