I've been going to this place for years! I will admit their frames are more expensive than places I've been previously but it has been worth it every single time. I'm on my third pair of frames and second order of contacts and still have been thrilled with everything. They've even been extremely nice about me asking them to reset my frames constantly since I'm very rough on them. I get a lot of compliments on my glasses and they are never pushy about upgrades.

I'm currently a student with little income and minimal insurance. I originally booked my appointment with Advanced Eye Care because they were one of the few places that would take my insurance. I'm used to getting poor service with my insurance or being told at the front desk that they actually don't take my insurance. However, here I was treated very well. Not only was I not judged for my financial situation, Dr. Thompson and I had a great conversation during my visit. He knows his craft very well.They have won themselves a loyal customer.

I really like this establishment and the people that work there. I've be a client of theirs for over 12 years and the staff has always been gracious and extremely helpful! I love that they always have the latest and most stylish brands and frames. I've never had an issues with their recommendation or frames/lenses. If I did they took care of it without inconvenience to me. Highly recommended!
