Was very happy to see how well my two dogs looked after their spa services. Our first visit and Lulu is a wonderful person to chat with. She explained services and fees and answered all my questions.

I have a dog that is difficult to do his nails and been kicked out of places because of his behavior but the people at Lulu's are fabulous and patient. Thankful to have them in Florence
