This year was the first time I'd ever entrusted my tax preparation to another person. I'm glad I did! Jennifer guided me through federal and state tax situations that I had never encountered before (e.g., some complicated inherited money issues) and diligently worked through a small mountain of paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. She patiently answered all my questions, and I had quite a few of them. Highly recommend!

Where to begin....do you need to put your adult pants on and do the things she says....yes. Jennifer...?....if you are searching for someone that will genuinely sit down with you and go over things...she is it. Boy I've asked her so many questions (by email/phone) and not once has she ever got frustrated with me, I've asked some dumb questions. Someone asked me one time what does help look like....Jennifer Knudsen is what help looks like. Her office is safe, her office is judgment free, her office is easy going, dont feel like a client I feel like a human being there. Jennifer has been doing our taxes for several years now, and she is amazing! Even when we moved out of state, she let us know she was still able to do our taxes for us. We just email everything to her, and super quickly she has them done for us. I can't say enough on how awesome she is!
