“I like Great Clips, as so does my husband, but I can't find a true complimentary senior short cut for my flat hair as well as the contour of my face, so I have resigned myself to get a perm for 6 weeks, then when I can't stand the bushiness of my hair any longer, I come here to tame it once again until it grows out enough for another perm!
The one request that I would like to stress to your stylists is to LISTEN INTENTLY to what your customer is requesting of you, AND DO NOT ASSUME that you know the hairstyle ahead of time!!!
I know my hair well at 74yo and know what I like and what I DON'T like!!! So please pay attention closely and DO LISTEN to me as your tips well as repeat business depends on it!!! Thanks ?!!!
